Thresholds

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) is required by Executive Order 12260 to set the U.S. dollar thresholds for the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement and free trade agreements.  U.S. obligations under these agreements apply to covered procurement valued at or above the specified U.S. dollar thresholds.  The thresholds are adjusted every two years.

In December 2023, USTR determined the procurement thresholds that will apply from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025.
