On Thursday, May 6, 2021, USTR will hold virtual hearings regarding the proposed action in the Section 301 investigations of Digital Services Taxes (DSTs) in Austria, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
The hearings are currently scheduled as follows:
- 9:30 AM EST – United Kingdom hearing;
- 11:00 AM EST – Italy hearing;
- 1:00 PM EST – Spain hearing; and
- 2:30 PM EST – Austria Hearing.
During the virtual hearings, the livestream will be available at www.ustr.gov/live
