Labor Reports

In accordance with the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002 (PL 107-210), the President is required to submit several reports to Congress related to any free trade agreements entered into under the act. Among these are reports on Labor Rights, Laws Governing Exploitative Child Labor, and United States Employment Impact.
