WASHINGTON – United States Trade Representative Katherine Tai will travel to Monterey Park, California on Sunday, January 21, 2024.
Ambassador Tai, Co-Chair of the White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (WHIAANHPI), will meet with local leaders and join the Monterey Park community in a candlelight vigil to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the tragic and senseless act of violence that took the lives of eleven people.
