WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, August 30, United States Trade Representative Katherine Tai will travel to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She will join Congressman Chris Pappas [NH-01] for a small business tour and roundtable discussion on the importance of lowering costs for New Hampshire families, strengthening our trade relationships, and helping the United States maintain its global competitive advantage.
In particular, Ambassador Tai will highlight the local impacts of the Inflation Reduction Act, the CHIPS and Science Act, and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and how these historic accomplishments will benefit New Hampshire’s workers and businesses. Ambassador Tai will also meet with local AAPI leaders to discuss opportunities for collaboration and seek input on how the United States’ trade agenda can deliver inclusive economic growth to all communities.
