Ambassador Katherine Tai to Discuss Updates on Biden-Harris Administration’s Worker-Centered Trade Agenda at the Center for American Progress

WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 11:30 AM, United States Trade Representative Katherine Tai will provide an update on the Biden-Harris Administration’s worker-centered approach to trade policy at the Center for American Progress. Following her remarks, Ambassador Tai will participate in a fireside chat with Patrick Gaspard, President and Chief Executive Officer of CAP.
 
In her speech, Ambassador Tai will address how the United States is taking a new approach to trade that lifts up workers at home and abroad and delivers inclusive economic opportunity to all. Underscoring President Biden’s commitment to working with allies and partners on shared priorities, Ambassador Tai will also share how the United States is advancing the Biden-Harris Administration’s climate priorities in our trade agenda.
 
Ambassador Tai will discuss these topics in greater detail, as well as preview some of her fall travel, during her fireside chat with CAP President and CEO Patrick Gaspard.
