WASHINGTON – The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce invite interested stakeholders to take part in two listening session opportunities on the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) for the fifth in-person negotiating round. The fifth negotiating round will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from September 10-16, 2023.
