Today, the World Trade Organization (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body report, and the Panel report as modified, finding in favor of the United States in the dispute over European aircraft subsidies. The EU and the four member States have to either withdraw the subsidies or remove the adverse effects caused by the subsidies by December 1, six months from the date of adoption.
