    Brasilia, Brazil - Today United States Trade Representative Ron Kirk and Brazilian Minister of External Relations Antonio de Aguiar Patriota signed the U.S.-Brazil Agreement on Trade and Economic Cooperation (ATEC). Full text of the agreement is available here.
