    Assistant USTR for Intellectual Property and Innovation Stan McCoy wrote the Financial Times this week to set the record straight on U.S. efforts to negotiate an Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement to protect American intellectual property and shield consumers from counterfeited and pirated goods that may be harmful to their health and well-being.
