WASHINGTON – U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai will travel to Austin, Texas on Sunday, March 10 and Monday, March 11.
On Sunday, March 10, Ambassador Tai will participate in a SXSW 2024 fireside chat on Advancing Trade and Democracy in the Age of AI hosted by SeedAI’s Hack the Future event series. Ambassador Tai will also participate in an AI skills building session hosted by SeedAI and meet with students working with AI applications. This event will be closed press.
On Monday, March 11, Ambassador Tai will participate in an Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Women’s History Month panel moderated by Sandra Pham, creator and host of the podcast, Asian in Austin, at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.
