NOTE:  Schedule Clarification for the 2008 Annual Product Review and the 2008 Annual Country Practice Review

·          The October 3, 2008, due date for Pre-hearing briefs and Request to  
           Testify is for Product Petitions only.

·          The October 20, 2008, Hearing is for Product Petitions only, and 
            will not include country practice cases.     

·          There will be a Federal Register Notice on the 2008 Annual Country 
           Practice Review in mid- to late January.  It will indicate the date of 
           the Country Practice Hearing and the due date schedule for pre-hearing 
           briefs, requests to testify, and post-hearing briefs. 

·          The Country Practice Hearing will include all country practice
           cases.
